Brian Hennessey

// managing partner

Mr. Hennessey founded ACE Ventures in 2016, prior to ACE Ventures Brian worked at American Capital Energy. While at American Capital Energy Brian was responsible for several of the largest, most complex Solar PV projects in the US, including PSEG’s largest solar project in Yardville, N.J.. Prior to joining American Capital Energy, Brian was a Senior Managing Director at Bear Stearns & Co. where he lead a team delivering fixed income products to banks, pension funds, insurance companies and hedge funds. He began his career at IBM in the General Systems Division where he sold computer systems to a wide range of businesses. Brian brings a positive, problem solving attitude to his responsibilities each and every day. Mr. Hennessey holds a B.A. Degree in English from Boston College.

Dale myers

// Head of engineering

Mr. Myers, Head of Engineering has over 18 years of solar PV industry experience working with American Capital Energy, SCHOTT Solar, and Nexgen Energy Systems, providing expert solar PV system design and engineering support to hundreds of commercial, utility, and brownfield solar projects throughout the United States. Prior to being in the solar business, Dale worked for Exxon as a project engineer at their refinery locations in the Southern US. As Head of Engineering at ACE Ventures Dale heads up a team of design engineers and technical support professionals who provide ACE Ventures with the highest quality engineering and system design support in the industry.  Dale also rode a tandem bicycle with his wife across India and Africa, taking 2 years to complete the task. Mr. Myers holds a BS in electrical engineering from Ohio State University.

John Langton

// Head of field operations

As Vice President of Field Operations, Mr. Langton is responsible for the successful deployment of all projects in ACE Ventures solar portfolio. Mr. Langton has overseen the construction of over 45 MW of solar projects while with American Capital Energy. Mr. Langton is well versed in all facets of project management and construction management for PV Solar installation to include design, procurement, oversight, scheduling, coordinating trades, supervising deployment of critical equipment and personnel, meeting deadlines and maintaining strict budgetary awareness. Mr. Langton is a decorated, disabled US Army combat veteran and participated in triathlons for relaxation and has swum the English Channel. Mr. Langton holds a BA from Salem State University.

Jack Hennessey

// Managing Director

Mr. Hennessey has worked in the solar energy sector since 2009 and has worked in a variety of roles throughout his career.  He has spent extensive time analyzing policy and regional developments allowing clients to take advantage of market developments and favorable economics.  He has developed numerous projects of varying size across the Northeast and works to engage all stakeholders to ensure successful installation of projects undertaken by clients and the firm. Mr. Hennessey holds a BA in Economics from Boston College.
